We were very saddened to hear of Bills passing. We have had so many years of making memories with Bill and Ingrid. Such great friends. Such fun over the years! We know that he is now sailing on the Bay, enjoying the freedom of the waves, and is with Ingrid, his love. We know that Bill loved you both very much, and our love and thoughts are with you.
