In our minds we always knew this time would come to pass
but knowing it, and living it, has come and gone so fast.

Your battle is now over no more pain, no more suffering, now you are no longer weak
I still do not understand why this had to happen to you
but I am proud to say you are like my dad Keith, one of the greatest man I ever knew

We are here to celebrate your life and the measure of it’s worth.
And every single life you touched while you were on this earth
we wish to pay our last respects, that's why we all are here
to thank you for your friendship and all the memories we hold dear
It’s been a privilege to have known you Keith

We were just like family not just friends and we will carry you in spirit

Keith, I never got to tell you how much you meant to me
or that you were the best second dad that any man could be
The last time that I talked to you I wish I would have known
but, I am glad that I had said I love you now and everyday

If I only had five minutes the day you passed away
I would have had time to tell you all the things I needed to say
on the morning you passed away,
I'd would have given you one last hug so tight and see your great big smile
I'd tell you that I don't think I could live without you not even for awhile
I'd kiss your cheek and take your hand and tell you its okay to go
and tell you that I'll miss you more than you'll ever know

You were always there for me and never once made me cry
until the day you closed your eyes and had to say goodbye
now you are my Angel, so spread your wings out wide
please wrap them around me whenever you see me cry
Our time together was memorable and God took you way too fast
Keith you were gone so quickly, before you even knew it,
you were standing at heavens gate- Now God has called upon you
It's time to get your wings to leave this life behind you
And enjoy all of heavens beautiful things- Say hi to Mike and Blain

And so wait for me in heaven Keith
Don't let me come alone- the day the angels come for me
