Wow....such sad news. To think of all the great times "the girls" had that you coach in softball. Many a fun time we had Pinky. May you rest in peace and we will miss the twinkle in your eye that you always had. Good bye my friend.

Steve/Pinky was a wonderful man and Heaven has gained an incredible angel. Although its been years since we've seen each other face-to-face, I was lucky enough to catch up over the internet with him in recent years. He has been my soft-ball coach, championed a couple snow-ball teams I played on, introduced me to skeet-shooting at the trailer in Belwood, prepared my first taste of Bambi, let me join in on his love of harness racing (EnnJayEmm,named for Nicole Jane Metcalfe, was the horse that I first cheered on). Elmira Raceway, May 2-4 camping, Harvey putting up with various groups hanging out at the house on St.George. Facebook & email chats have been great - he was always making sure I knew when a McGinn was on the ice on tv. Rest in peace my friend.

Steve was my best friend, my big brother growing up , he walked me home from dances in high school. he was my bodyguard, he approved of my choice of boyfriends, we went to our first year at Fanshawe College in London, he was my Masters of Ceremony at my Wedding (of course he approved my choice with Bill). We haven't kept in touch over the years but I still have this great love for him. I will miss you Steve and try not to cause too much trouble in Heaven. RIP my old friend. xxooxx
